OOG containers
from China to Algeria

In this case, we were initially approached to assist in finding a suitable vessel to transport our long-term client's cargo from port to port.

The two units were very heavy, each weighing 32,700 kg and measuring only 260 cm in length and 215 cm in width.

Due to the weight and dimensions, the pressure point would be too high to load directly onto flat racks. However, we calculated that it would be possible if the weight could be distributed over 10 meters.

The supplier was unable to perform this task, but fortunately, through our trusted network, we quickly found a terminal that could handle it and ensured the cargo was shipped on time.

Break Bulk from China to Spain

In this scenario, Nexum Projects arranged for a shipment from an inland supplier site in China to be delivered to the end customer in the northern part of Spain.

Given that the longest unit measured 24 meters and the other cargo also were irregularly sized, it was agreed to ship using a break bulk vessel, as this was the best option to meet our client's needs and timeline.

Due to unforeseen congestion at a transshipment port, the vessel was delayed, putting the on-time delivery at risk.

To meet our client's needs, we at Nexum Projects acted swiftly, coordinating with the vessel owner to have the cargo discharged in the southern part of Spain and arranging a truck to recover the lost time and were successful.

Break Bulk

Netherlands to Mexico

All shipments are important to our clients and especially to us at Nexum Projects, but sometimes they are extra crucial to execute perfectly. This was one such case.

It was the first shipment for our client's client, and they wanted to make a great impression, so they contacted us.

Some units were already located at the port of loading, but large units were still scattered across Europe and needed to be consolidated before our planned vessel arrival in Rotterdam.

We picked up cargoes by trucks & barges and arranged transport so everything was ready for loading on time.

To ensure everything went smoothly for the loading of the seagoing vessel, Nexum Projects was on site for supervision, gaining additional field experience for future projects
